Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a session, purchasing a beat, or requesting any service from Contrast For Creatives ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services Offered
We provide audio engineering, music production, mixing, mastering, beat sales, and web design services. All descriptions, pricing, and deliverables are subject to change without notice unless a deposit has been accepted and a session or project has been confirmed in writing.
Payments and Deposits
Studio sessions require a 50% deposit to confirm booking. Web design projects require a $75 non-refundable discovery call fee before work begins. All other services are billed as described on their respective pages. Full payment is due before final deliverables are released unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
- Clients own all rights to recordings made during paid studio sessions.
- Brian Franco Jr. retains all rights to beats until an exclusive license is purchased and fully paid for. Once sold exclusively, the beat is removed from the catalog and the buyer receives full rights as outlined in the Beat License Agreement.
- Clients warrant that any material they upload or bring into a session is properly licensed or owned by them. We are not liable for uncleared samples or copyrighted material provided by the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must arrive on time for sessions, provide accurate contact information, and communicate project requirements clearly. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund. Clients are responsible for backing up their own files.
Limitation of Liability
Contrast For Creatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by service. See our Refund Policy for complete details. In general, deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of a scheduled session, and no-shows forfeit their deposit.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ector County, Texas.
